Lesley-Ann was born in Cape Town, South African on the 2nd of December, 1981. The actress and model is best known for appearing on screen and television. Brandt started her career in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut came with the character of Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress appeared on many television series in the last ten years including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Since 2016 Brandt is playing the character as Mazikeen in the popular urban fantasy show Lucifer which stars Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was raised in the town of Cape Town in South Africa. They moved to Auckland with her family when she was in her teens. The path she took to her career started as model for print ads commercial ads. She was employed in sales and was also consultant in information technology before becoming famous for her work as a model. In 2009, she got her first role in Leilani in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. In 2021, she was in Spartacus Blood and Sand as an slave-girl Naevia. In the mini-series Spartacus Gods of the Arena She reprised her role of Naevia. Craig Parker was her co-star on three different TV shows, including Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she began playing the role of a bounty hunter named Mazikeen in Lucifer, the Netflix successful show Lucifer. This is her biggest role to date. On the show, she is paired with Tom Ellis Lauren French Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
