Jana Kramer gained fame as a performer, actress and songwriter, when she was a character in the show One Tree Hill. She played Alex during its final three seasons. The show featured her in a number of episodes as a new country music artist. This helped her debut album reach the Billboard 200 Top 20. Thirty One, her follow-up album from 2015, reached the Top Ten. The decade came to an end with appearances in Dancing with the Stars, TV films and non-album singles.
